If you’d like a clear plan to help your business grow, join our free Strategy Planning Workshop. Over two 3-hour sessions, we’ll help you identify opportunities to expand your business, improve efficiency, and increase profits.

What Do We Mean by Growth?
Growth can mean different things for different businesses. It might involve increasing your sales, reaching more customers, launching new products or services, hiring more staff, or streamlining how you operate to boost profits. This workshop will help you decide what growth looks like for your business and how to achieve it.

Understand where your business is now and where it could go.
Set clear goals for the future.
Workshop Highlights:

You’ll start building your own Strategic Growth Action Plan based on:
A simple SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats).
Your business goals.
Challenges and opportunities you face.
Your plan will include practical, achievable goals for key areas such as:

Growing sales and reaching new customers.
Marketing your business effectively.
Building a strong team.
Improving day-to-day operations.
Managing finances better.
Using technology to work smarter.

Important Details:
The workshop is free but spaces are limited to just 10 businesses.
Each business can bring up to 2 people (please email us at business.support@eastriding.gov.uk if you’re bringing a second person).
You’ll need to attend both sessions, so only sign up if you can commit to both dates.
