This hands-on session simplifies business finance and gives you the knowledge to price your products or services, manage your cash flow, and meet your financial responsibilities. Ideal for new business owners or those wanting more confidence with financial matters.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
• Price your products or services effectively
• Calculate a ‘Personal Survival Budget’
• Forecast sales and identify business costs
• Create and interpret a Cash Flow Forecast
• Understand essential financial record keeping
• Know where to find key business tax information
