Customer Service Excellence for High Street Businesses
Monday 2 February, 17.30pm - 19.00pm (1.5 hours), Online
This 90-minute virtual workshop helps high-street businesses strengthen customer service behaviours, staff confidence and consistency, even when teams are small and time is limited.
Part of the Supporting Hull & East Yorkshire High-Street Businesses series, this session focuses on practical techniques participants can use immediately to improve customer interactions, handle complaints confidently and create experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Key Learning Objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
• Understand how customer service drives loyalty and repeat visits
• Recognise the service behaviours that most influence customer perception
• Communicate with customers confidently and professionally
• Handle complaints and challenging situations more effectively
• Create simple, consistent service standards across their business
• Identify practical ways to measure and improve customer experience
• Leave with clear, achievable actions they can apply straight away
