Event Description
High Street Marketing for Leisure, Retail & Hospitality - Attracting Customers, Driving Footfall & Winning Repeat Visits
Tuesday 24 March, 09.30am - 12.00pm (2.5 hours), Jubilee Central, Hull
Customers have more choice than ever about where they spend their time and money on the high street. This practical, in-person workshop focuses on how customers actually choose where to go, where to enter and where to return.
Part of the Supporting Hull & East Yorkshire High-Street Businesses series, this session explores shopfront impact, clear USPs, local marketing and customer experience, giving participants realistic, low-cost actions they can apply immediately to drive footfall, increase engagement and encourage repeat visits.
This is a jargon free, no theory workshop — just practical ideas that work in real high street environments.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
• Understand how customers choose where to spend on the high street
• Improve shopfront impact to attract more footfall
• Clearly communicate what makes their business different
