High Street Businesses Online Part 1 - Get Found Where It Matters - Local Search, Google & First Impressions
Tuesday 24 February, 13.00pm - 14.00pm (1 hours), Online
This is session one of a two-part on-line workshop series, the focus of this session is visibility and discovery, helping customers find your High Street based business at the exact moment they’re searching locally.
You’ll learn:
• How customers search for local businesses online
• Why some businesses appear at the top of Google search and map results
• How to optimise your Google Business Profile to attract more visits
• What builds trust instantly (and what puts customers off)
• How reviews, photos, and accurate business information influence decisions
This session lays the foundations every local business needs to be competitive online, with clear actions you can implement immediately to improve your local presence.
