Invest East Yorkshire and Invest Hull are pleased to announce the next Construction Summit, set to take place on 20 November 2024, at MKM Stadium. The event is designed to bring together businesses within the construction sector to focus on their key assets, people, and their required skills. 
 
The summit will focus on how businesses in the construction sector can support their employees to get the best out of them and address key concerns such as recruitment, apprenticeships and succession planning.  

The Construction Summit 2024 will cover crucial topics including: 
• Apprenticeships 
• Accreditations and standards 
• Succession planning, recruitment and retention of staff

The morning includes sessions around Mental health and Wellbeing, giving attendees useful tools and techniques to identify and manage employee's mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. The event will also include a Marketplace where attendees will have the opportunity to network and engage directly with key national and regional organisations including Kier, ESH, Mitie, Sewells and Hobson & Porter.
